24 Hour cancellation is required on any appointment otherwise the full cost of treatment will be required. No show appointments can affect your ability to book appointments in the future.
To book Mint Touch treatments or packages, credit card details will be required to guarantee date and time.
In consideration for all our clients, if you are running late, please phone ahead and we will try to accommodate as best we can. Please understand we allocate a specific amount of time for each treatment, if you are late your appointment may have to be shortened so as the next clients treatment is not affected.
We suggest for all Mint Touch treatments you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill your consultation card prior to your treatment.
Please note that for insurance purposes, we have to patch test at least 24 hours before tinting and waxing. We have to patch test 48 hours before laser treatments and micro needling.
Some of our treatments may not be suitable or may require some adjusting, should you have a medical condition or ailment. Please inform us at time of booking if any of the following contra-indications apply:
- High Blood Pressure
- Skin Conditions
- Low Blood Pressure
- Varicose Veins
- Heart Conditions
- Recent Operations
- Scar Tissue
- Any other medical condition

Shipping & Delivery
Mint Online orders are processed daily through An Post, we endeavour to have your order out for delivery 24 hours after you place your order with the exception of weekend orders which will be processed the following Monday.
Packaging on orders costs €6.00 this will be applied at check out. There are no hidden fees or surcharges.

You must ensure you input your shipping details correctly. These are inputted by you during the checkout stage of your order. Mint is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping details or spelling errors resulting in non-delivery or lost items.
You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to accept delivery of your order. If you fail to take delivery of your order at the time stated for delivery, Mint reserves the right to store the goods until the delivery or collection can be arranged. Any further cost of delivery will be incurred by you.

Returns & Replacements
We request that you examine your order once received. If you wish to return goods because they are damaged or defective, we request that you do so in accordance with our returns policy below.
Mint will exchange or refund any goods which you have purchased within 28 days from the date of purchase. To return an item you must follow the below process:

2. If posting returns please make sure all items are packaged securely in order to avoid any
damage in transit.
3. Include your original order sheet and a note referencing your returned items
4. Postal Address: Mint by Pembroke Kilkenny, 11 Patrick Street, Kilkenny R95 NNP4
5. Please ensure you keep a record of post & delivery of returns. Mint cannot be held
accountable for items not received.
6. All packaging must be in perfect condition, no seals can be broken.
7. Where items have been damaged while in your position we are not obliged to accept return
of these items. We will notify you that these items are available for recollection or delivery,
for which you will incur any further costs.
Mint accepts Credit and Debit card payments online through our secure stripe payment system. All charges are in Euro.
Our packaging will have Mint return address & may have the company logo. Please inform us in the notes section of your online order if you wish for us to have no company details on the packaging.
Please note that cancellations may occur in the following circumstances:
If your items selected are unable to be delivered or collected in accordance with the Shipping & Delivery terms outlined at the top of this page.
If Mint is unable to supply you with the goods you have ordered for any reason (beyond our control) and it is necessary to make alternative arrangements or offer you a substitute product, we will notify you and you will have the option to either accept the replacement product or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
However, you will be entitled to cancel the order with us in the following circumstances:
Where goods supplied are faulty or not in accordance with the specifications of your order.
In all other circumstances, once the goods have been received, you will not be able to cancel the order and will be liable to us for the price, unless otherwise determined in our absolute discretion.
